Nymphs, is based of Greek Mythology. The three nymphs in the image are Hesperides. They were the nymphs of golden light of sunsets, and the keepers of treasures of the gods. Their garden had a grove of apple trees with golden apples. One of these apples was given to Aphrodite by Paris who promised him Helen in return. Basically, this marked the beginning of the Trojan War. In the image you can see these incredible dresses which Mariam designed and made herself. There is quite a famous painting called Primavera (which means Spring in Italian) by painter Sandro Boticelli.
This was painted in the late 15th century. Mariam was inspired by the painting which in part tells the story of the Garden of Hesperides, and she designed the dresses based off the ‘Three Graces in the painting.
